Class 5 Licence Heavy Combination

Course Overviews

All prices are based on the the customer supplying the correct class of vehicle loaded to the correct weight.

If a Trainee is enrolling on a vehicle driver license or endorsement course including but not limited to Car Lessons, Class 2-5 Trucks, W,T,R,F,D or V endorsements that the trainee clearly checks the pre requirement for class of license and duration stated on the course proposal or booking sheet. M.O.S.T will do our best to confirm prior to the course with the trainee, but it is the trainee who is responsible for confirming their own situation before booking a course.
The Trainee on all license and endorsement courses must also bring their physical driver license on each and every day of the enrolled course to be sited by the instructor, this can be a temporary paper license or a full photo license. If a temporary paper license trainees are encouraged to also bring a separate form of photo identification. NO PHYSICAL LICENSE, NO COURSE ATTENDANCE and  the trainee will be released from the course and treated as a non attendance in line with our cancelation policy

Course prerequisites

  • As outlined above per class
  • Use of a training room for the duration of the course
  • Safety footwear
  • Use of correct class road worthy and legal vehicle

CLASS 5

  • NZQA Unit Standards 24089 & 17577
  • Must have a valid medical certificate in the NZTA system (0800 822 422)
  • Must have held NZ class 4 full NZ licence for 3 months or more if over 25, 6 months if under 25
  • 3-day course $1,200.00+gst - learner, logbook assessment and practical assessment
  • 2-day course $1,100.00+gst - logbook assessment and practical assessment
  • 1-day course $1,000.00+gst - practical assessment
  • On completion the participant receives an NZTA certificate which they then take to a VTNZ/AA to have loaded onto their licence

Course Numbers: Minimum 2 - Maximum 4 

Mileage$100.00+gst to Auckland, Hamilton & Tauranga and .95c+gst per km everywhere else

(Minimum number charges will be applied if minimum numbers are not met)
