Privacy of Information

Major Oak Safety Training collects trainee’s personal information to:

• Ensure that we know who we are legally dealing with
• Verify that you are eligible to undertake the course enrolled for
• Ensure that we are able to maintain correct records of your enrolment and subsequent results
• Provide information for NZQA statical records

Trainee personal information is entered into a training database to comply with the provisions of the Health and Safety in Employment Act and for worksite and security and safety. This information is for our internal use and will not be released to any other party except as may be required by law such as to the New Zealand Police or the New Zealand Transport Agency.
