Work Time & Logbook Course Unit Standard 24089

Course Overview
This course is designed for individuals who are working in industry that requires you to comply with work time and logbook rule or have received logbook police diversion.

Completing this course will give you a better understanding of the required rules to avoid infringement fees and penalties as well as enables drivers who have received a logbook diversion to complete the activation required within a given timetable to avoid full prosecution. 

Course prerequisites

• This course is aimed at those who are drivers of commercial vehicles. A log book is required to be used by the majority of drivers who earn a living driving heavy vehicles or drive passenger service vehicles (i.e taxi’s).
• There are no prerequisite requirements for this course.

NZQA Unit Standards

24089: Demonstrate knowledge of fatigue management, work time, and driver logbook requirements

Attendance Numbers: Minimum 2 - maximum 8

Course Duration: Approx. 8 hours (pre reading required)

Course Location: TBC

Course Cost: $350.00+gst per person

Mileage: 100.00+gst to Auckland, Hamilton & Tauranga and .95c+gst per km everywhere else

(Minimum number charges will be applied if minimum numbers are not met)
