Course Overview
Custom working at Heights safety course delivered on-site, training and utilizing customers job specific equipment, giving trainees both the theory and practical knowledge to ensure they are well equipped to rise above and beyond safely.

NZQA Unit Standards
- 25045 Employ height safety equipment in the workplace. Level 3 Credits 4
Additional height safety unit standards can be added on but this will incur additional time and cost talk to our team about a custom package.

Course Duration Approx. 8 hours
Course Location Delivered on customers site
Course Cost $310+gst per person
Mileage: $120+gst to Auckland, Hamilton & Tauranga and $1+gst per km everywhere else
(Minimum number charges will apply if minimum numbers not met)

Plastic Wallet Card $18+Gst per person
Course pre-requites
- Use of a Training room for the duration of the course
- A safe isolated area for us to set up and use equipment (please provide a ladder and access to an area at least 3m from floor level)
- Safety footwear
- Use of certified working at heights PPE including, Helmets, Harness, Lanyard, fall arrest devices used in workplace, High Viz vests
(We will bring equipment for use if you do not have any)
- Copies of company templates for emergency rescue plan, Job safety analysis, equipment checklist’s specific to working at heights
(If you do not have these currently in place this course will teach you, and enable you to write and implement them for your business)
We will provide examples and templates for the training
Client to supply associated fit for purpose equipment and space for completion of practical in line with company requirements/duties to be conducted. All equipment supplied will be inspected to verify fit for purpose status.
